SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing canned concentrates of first-course dishes for cosmic nutrition. All the recipe components should be prepared: carrots, parsley root and brown onions should be cut, fried in melted butter and reduced upon a chopper; fillet should be cut, roasted in melted butter and reduced upon a chopper; potatoes should be cut, blanched and reduced upon a chopper; tarragon greens should be frozen and reduced upon a chopper; pickled cucumbers should be reduced upon a chopper. The above-mentioned components should be mixed with fish broth and common salt. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes at a certain ratio of the components taken. The innovation enables to manufacture new canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
