SUBSTANCE: tinned food is made by cutting, blanching and mincing potatoes and pickled cucumbers, cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing carrots, parsley root, celery root and onions, freezing and mincing spinach and herbs, mincing heart, browning flour, mixing the listed ingredients with sour cream, bone broth, salt and СО2- extracts of hot black pepper and laurel, packing the mixture in aluminum tubes, pressurization and sterilization.
EFFECT: tinned food has enhanced digestibility.
