SUBSTANCE: invention proposes vegetable concentrate that comprises the following ratio of extractive and dry matters, g/100 g: extractive substances from plant Leuzea carthamoides roots, 0.0035-0.0042; ginseng roots, 0.0035-0.0042; coneflower herb, 0.0035-0.0042; Saint-John's-wort herb, 0.125-0.135; propolis, 0.029-0.045, and mountain-ash fruits, 0.21-0.24, or rosewort roots, 0.0035-0.0042, and dry substances: granulated sugar, 23.0-27.0; organic acid, 0.75-0.85; sodium chloride, 0.15-0.25; concentrated apple juice, 6.0-7.5, or cranberry extract-base polycomponent concentrate, 4.8-6.0; biologically active supplement "Veteron vodorastvorimiy", 0.038-0.042; biologically active supplement "Erakond" ("Dolutsar"), 0.075-0.084, or biologically active supplement "Velkornin", 0.09-0.12; dry beverage "Dobroe utro", 18.0-18.8, and complex nutrient supplement "Belkovo-mineralnaya", 5.2-6.5. Also, this concentrate comprises aromatic principle, 0.52-0.65, and drinking water, the balance. Invention provides preparing a vegetable concentrate that is recommended to subjects with body mass deficiency. Structural-mechanical and organoleptic properties of vegetable concentrate provides possibility for its using in the diet nutrition both directly and as a beverage in dilution with drinking water in the ratio 1:3, respectively. Except for, the invention promotes to expanding assortment of prophylactic foodstuffs.
