FIELD: medicine, therapy.
SUBSTANCE: for obtaining a biotransplant it is necessary to isolate stem cells-containing autologous mononuclear cells out of cellular material. The isolated cells should be cultivated in growth medium at addition of tissue-specific antigen obtained out of the isolated tissue of the organ being correspondent to the affected one (variants). By another variant, the growth medium should be supplemented with lymphoid and/or dendritic cells being pre-cultivated at addition of a tissue-specific antigen obtained out of the isolated tissue of the organ that corresponds to the affected one. Introduction of biotransplant obtained in accordance with one or another variant of its obtaining provides efficient treatment of chronic diseases due to increasing biotransplant's regeneration potential.
