FIELD: biopharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating dilation cardiomyopathy with a biotransplant containing mesenchymal stem cells (MSC)obtained out of fetal or donor material. Moreover, the tissue should be disaggregated followed by cultivating as adjoined colonies in growth medium containing embryonic bovine serum and glutamine, Then it should be several times treated in low density at altering medium's composition, as for cultivation it should be performed avoiding to accumulate mature stroma in cell culture, as fetal material it is necessary to apply tissues at gestation terms: liver 5-8 wk, thymus 18-20 wk, bone marrow 17-20 wk, subcutaneous fatty tissue 17-19 wk, as donor material one should apply bone marrow, subcutaneous fatty tissue, thymus (in 6-yr-old children) sampled in a patient for subsequent autotransplantation and allotransplantation, and, also, method for its obtaining. Biotransplant is suggested for treating dilation cardiomyopathy containing fetal myoblasts obtained out of skeletal muscles of human fetuses of 1-2 trimester of pregnancy and includes 80% cells, not less, that express markers of early myogenesis (Myo D-1) and method of its obtaining and method for treating at applying the biotransplant mentioned above. The innovation provides obtaining a biotransplant and therapeutic method of the most efficient (complex) impact.
