FIELD: medicine, dermatology, cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating different forms of alopecia due to injecting dispersed biomaterial Alloplant into corresponding area. It should be diluted at the ratio of 50 mg biomaterial/5-50 ml physiological solution. Injections should be carried out intracutaneously and/or subcutaneously with séances at the quantity of about 1-10 at periodicity of 2-6 mo, per 5-100 injections/seance. Moreover, in case of intracutaneous injections one should introduce 0.3 ml biomaterial upon a physiological solution, not more, in every injection, and in case of subcutaneous - per 0.5-1.5 ml. The innovation shortens terms of therapy and the quantity of relapses due to follicle-stimulating effect of Alloplant resulting in improved microcirculation and metabolism in dermal layers.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
