SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment with Alloplant biomaterial. Biomaterial is injected into tissues adjacent to cartilage - tendons, synovial sheaths of muscles, bursas, ligaments, fascias, aponeuroses, muscles, entheses, hypodermic fat tissue, and biomaterial used is dispersed Alloplant diluted in physiological solution as 50 mg of biomaterial per 5-15 ml of physiological solution. Injections are made in amount of 1-30 per single session, by 0.1-5.0 ml in single injection, amount of sessions is 1-10 per treatment course with interval of 2-7 days between them.
EFFECT: stimulation of regenerative processes in cartilage tissue due to intratissual inductive reactions that take place when dispersed Alloplant biomaterial is injected into tissues that are adjacent to cartilage.
