FIELD: medicine, oncology.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to fulfill surgical access, intra-surgical radiation therapy (ISRT) and distance gamma-therapy (DGT), moreover one should carry out ISRT with quick electrons 6 MeV/vaginal stump with a single dosage of 10 Gy (24.6 Gy according to isoeffect), due to pre-screening the urinary bladder and the rectum with plates out of duralumin alloy, by applying them into anterior and posterior arches, till suturing and peritonization of vaginal stump in operating room with the help of a collimator the axis of which coincides with vaginal axis, after that one should mark the fields of radiation with granulated titanium nickelide for subsequent post-surgical DGT onto area of small pelvis and that of regional lymph outflow in standard mode of fractionation, SFD 2.0 Gy, 5 times weekly till total course dosage ranged 44-46 Gy, moreover, the course dosage of mixed radiation of ISRD and DGT should not exceed 60 Gy according to isoeffect.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
