SUBSTANCE: method for window cutting in casing pipe with the use of electrically drive cutting tool having remote control means, cutting head with cutting means, wherein cutting head may be pivotally rotated on the body, electric cutting head rotation device and displacing means involves moving cutting tool to predetermined location inside well bore so that longitudinal cutting head axis is aligned with that of body; activating electric cutting head rotation device to rotate cutting head relatively the body to install cutting tool near tubular member wall; activating displacing means to move cutting means of cutting head so that cutting means rests upon tubular member wall; activating cutting means to cut hole in tubular member. Displacing means is made as elongated rod, which is extension of cutting head and may slide between retracted position, where rod is in longitudinal body cavity, and extended position.
