SUBSTANCE: the laser theodolite has horizontal and vertical wheels, support rigidly fastened to the horizontal wheel, horizontal axis shaft, viewing telescope, as well a radiation source )laser) with a system of mirrors and lenses, Monechko eye-piece and a polarizing filter characterized by the fact that it additionally uses and assembly for attachment and inclination of the additional live axle of the viewing telescope having a ring-shaped housing rigidly fastened to the horizontal axis shaft, a graduated sleeve is located inside it for rotation, and the shaft of the additional axis of rotation of the viewing telescope is fastened on the sleeve diameter line for rotation, the viewing telescope is fastened on it in the center of the wheel, and the laser together with the system of mirrors and polarizing filter are mounted on the viewing telescope.
EFFECT: provided motion of the sighting beam in inclined planes.
