FIELD: lighting engineering lamps for use in entertainment and architectural facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has lamp socket 54 accessible from outside of luminaire body 24. Lamp 50 has base 116, bulb 112 disposed on one end of base 116, and grip 118 disposed on its other end. Grip 118 is held by hand when inserting lamp 50 into socket 54. Base 116 is installed in socket 54, bulb 112 passes through socket 54 to luminaire 20 and grip 118 remains accessible from outside of luminaire 20. Lamp 20 is installed by its pushing and turning with aid of one hand to connect contacts 128 on vanes 120 of base 116 to socket contacts 154 as lamp 50 is turned to end position. Socket 54 is secured on support 62 installed for adjusting luminaire relative to body 24 for retaining adequate position of newly installed lamp 50.
EFFECT: enhanced safety, facilitated replacement of lamp.
