SUBSTANCE: class AV two-step amplifier includes a bias voltage controller and a stabilisation module which includes two branch current meters and an adder, wherein the output of the stabilisation module is connected to the input of the bias voltage controller, and a detector of the minimum value of the sum of the branch currents, the output of which is the output of the stabilisation module.
EFFECT: reduced distortions in a wide signal current range while maintaining high temperature stability and stability during possible dispersion or drift of transistor parameters.
