FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device has arches having openings, connected to each other with threaded rods, and reduction units designed as brackets fixed on arches and having transosseous rods. The device has reduction units manufactured as threaded rods with slider and two shaped spacer washers. The slider has oval opening in the body for receiving transosseous rod and a through longitudinal canal for receiving threaded rod. Transosseous rod is fixable in slider with nuts, mentioned washers and locking bolt, allowing 1-35° large deviation in any direction from the central axis of slider body. The threaded ends of reduction units are movable and fixable with nuts. They are placed in bracket holes spaced over internal surfaces of apparatus arches.
EFFECT: improved reposition quality; enhanced effectiveness of surgical treatment.
