FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device has arches having openings, connected to each other with threaded rods, and reduction units designed as brackets fixed on arches and having transosseous rods. The device has reduction units manufactured as threaded rods with hinge composed of two brackets having threaded hole near base and through hole for receiving transosseous rod. A transosseous rod is rotatable, axially movable and fixable with nuts. It is mounted in through bracket holes. The threaded ends of reduction units are movable and fixable with nuts. They are placed in bracket holes spaced over internal surfaces of apparatus arches.
EFFECT: improved reposition quality; enhanced effectiveness of surgical treatment.
