FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: rod apparatus for transosteal tibia osteosynthesis contains rings with holes connected with each other by means of threaded bars and equipped with reponing units, each made in form of threaded rod with cylindrical middle part of large diametre, on whose surface parallel to each other flats, connected with perpendicular to their axis through hole, are made. In holes transosteal rods are installed with possibility of rotational and axial movement and nut fixation. Threaded ends of reponing units are located with possibility of movement and nut fixation in holes of blackets with treaded hole at base, placed on inner surfaces of apparatus rings and fixed by means of screws. Mutually perpendicular arrangement of threaded rods with cylindrical middle part with flats, passing through their holes transosteal rods, ensures complete and accurate regulated repositioning of bone fragments in said planes after preliminary elimination of rotational displacements.
EFFECT: reduction of traumaticity of operation, its simplification, improvement of repositioning properties of apparatus, ensuring increase of operative treatment efficiency.
