SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium contains monosubstituted potassium phosphate, twice-substituted sodium phosphate, magnesium sulphate, sodium citrate, ammonium ferric citrate, glycerol, sodium chloride, urea, dry nutrient agar for microorganism cultivation (FFH agar) and distilled water in specified quantities.
EFFECT: increase of mycobacteria output and reduction of terms of their detection.
