FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for electromechanical processing of mixtures and can be used, for example, in agriculture, medicine, the chemical, gas and oil industries. The ferro-vortex apparatus consists of cooling chambers, a rotating electromagnetic field inductor, and a reaction chamber with ferromagnetic particles. The reaction chamber is equipped with a removable plate placed in it and replaceable trays consisting of lids, inner and outer shells. Through holes are made on the inner shells and on the surface of the replaceable plate. The working areas are formed by the inner surfaces of the covers of the replaceable trays, the inner surfaces of the outer shells, the outer surfaces of the inner shells and one of the two sides of the replaceable plate. The inductor consists of two magnetic conductors, which are laminated rings of rectangular cross-section with radial grooves made on one of their two end surfaces and a three-phase winding embedded in them. Inside the inner shell of the upper replaceable tray, a conical guide is placed on the surface of the replaceable plate.
EFFECT: creation of a homogeneous electromagnetic field in the working area of the reaction chamber, reducing the wear of the inner surface of the reaction chamber.
