FIELD: packages, particularly closures.

SUBSTANCE: sealable device comprises frame located about tearable bag area, which defines through orifice, and threaded cap to be separated from bag. The threaded cap is screwed on frame for orifice sealing. Besides, sealable device comprises tubular cutting member, which engages said orifice and has end cutting edge including main blade. The main blade cooperates with tearable area for bag unsealing. The first teeth extending along cutting edge in direction opposite to cutting member rotation direction are located behind main blade. Teeth heights gradually decrease to apply serial action to tearable area. Device also has the first connection means for cap connection to cutting member, which is installed so that cutting member may rotate during cap rotation as bag is unsealed. Device comprises the second connection means to connect frame with cutting member for cutting member movement along helical path through tearable area as cap is rotated.

EFFECT: possibility to separate cap from bag without large force application, prevention of fiber-like residual material leaving on tearable area even in the case of thermoplastic material usage with desirable tension modulus.
