SUBSTANCE: vessel plastic gate consists of rabbeted lower part with cylindrical drain rabbet that may be jointed with vessel. The gate consists also of threaded cap to be screwed on lower part and cylindrical puncher with exposed both end arranged in said lower part to axially move. Note here that threaded ca[ comprises dogs that may drive said punch during the first screwing out of the cap. Note also that puncher comprises, at least, one cutting element. Besides, three cutting elements are arranged along the lower edges. Note also that cutting elements represent teeth. Distance between points of first and second teeth makes X. That between points of second and third teeth makes Y while distance between points of third and first teeth makes Z. Note that X and Y is smaller than Z. Stiffness rib running along circle is coupled with each tooth. Besides, stiffness ribs of two teeth in direction of rotation are arranged behind said teeth while that of third rib is arranged ahead of said rib. Note here that each section interacts with appropriate tooth and pints of all teeth are arranged at equal height from lower edge. Note that locked vessel is made from one- or multilayer polymer film.
EFFECT: ease of opening due to efficient perforation, cutting and bending of cutout part.
