SUBSTANCE: tight packing contains a detachable part and a closed outlet device. The outlet device consists of the framework located around the detachable part attached to packing. The outlet device also consists of a cover capable of moving for opening a filling aperture and attached to the framework closing the filling aperture. The outlet device also consists of haul-off opening tool placed in the framework and containing a rigid plate attached to the detachable part, and taken out of the framework by pulling action together with a part of the said detachable part. The packing contains a tongue made from sheet material laid between the detachable part and the plate and attached thereto.
