FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: heat supply system includes heat source including heat generator, waste treatment plant interconnected with it, low-temperature heat exchanger, high-temperature heat exchanger, as well as heat consumer in close proximity to which there located is heat pump; heat source is connected by means of straight main line and bypass with condenser inlet of heat pump, and by means of return main line to evaporator outlet of heat pump. Operation arrangement method of heat supply system involves heating of return main line water in heat source. Its initial heating is performed in low-temperature heat exchanger and waste treatment plant interconnected with heat generator. Invention allows utilising the heat of exit gases of heat generator, which is usually disposed to environment, and low-potential condensation heat of water vapours contained in them for re-heating of cooled water supplied from return main line, as well as installing limit efficiency of heat supply system at any design level conditioned with the heat consumption volume specified by the consumer and implementing its readjustment at the change of characteristics and composition of the serviced consumer. Besides, invention allows using as power sources the industrial or communal boiler houses and other sources at which generation of electric power is not provided, as well as TPP with turbines with back pressure.
EFFECT: improving reliability; enlarging functional capabilities.
