FIELD: mode of controlling and arrangement for its realization is applied in different fields of industry for definition of quality of carrying out of technological processes by way of measuring of physical-chemical properties of products for example in varnish-and- paint industry, at production of synthetic gums etc.
SUBSTANCE: mode includes impact of gas jet flowing from nozzle with constant speed, forming of recess on surface of liquid, stopping impacting of gas jet, restoration of surface of liquid, measurement of parameters of recess with capacious methods according to which they judge about density and surface tension. Additionally they make measurements of speed of changing of capacity of transformer in aggregate with capacity of transformer corresponding to untroubled surface of liquid' as at forming recess, so at restoration of surface of liquid according to which they judge about viscosity. Arrangement has nozzle over surface of liquid, source of gas consumption in shape of pneumatic capacity of variable volume, unit for measuring of recess in shape of two-plate unilateral capacious transformer, meter of capacity, control block, calculation block, storage block, differential block, register.
EFFECT: expands functional possibilities and increases accuracy of controlling mode.
