SUBSTANCE: BAA is a vitamin and mineral energy complex. Complex production method provides for preparation and mixing water-soluble and liposoluble vitamins, macro- and microelements, energy system and additional materials. Then they are encapsulated into solid gelatinous capsules. Taurine amino acid and coffee combination are used as energy system. Taurine amino acid is also is a water-soluble vitamin carrier and caffeine is a liposoluble vitamin carrier. Introduced additional materials are sources of macro- and microelements.

EFFECT: creation of high-quality composition and production technology for biologically active food additives as vitamin and mineral complexes of energetic action with enhanced digestibility.
