FIELD: production of granular instantaneous beverages.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains natural fruit component, hydrocarbons, vitamins, food acid, aromatizer, starch, binding component such as cereal crops, biologically active substances such as food and/or medicinal raw plant material, and also berry and/or vegetable component, mineral additives, spices and/or condiments. Composition has high biological activity as compared to palletized forms of biologically active substances for foods. Utilization of cereal crops as binding components provides for uniform distribution of fruit-berry-vegetable components within mass during granulation and creation of strong, non-breaking granules which are stored without changing of their properties during prolonged time (2 years). Simultaneously, cereal crops make useful version of matrix-carrier for vitamins and biologically active substances of food and/or raw medicinal plant material.
EFFECT: improved retention of natural properties of medicinal plants in product after processing thereof, reduced pharmacy taste of a number of vitamins and medicinal plants.
