SUBSTANCE: tinned food for space feeding is made by cutting, blanching and mincing potatoes and pickled cucumbers, cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing carrots, parsley root, celery root and onions, freezing and mincing spinach and herbs, mincing heart, browning flour. Then the listed ingredients are mixed with sour cream, bone broth, salt and СО2-biomass extract of the specified micromicet type and hot black pepper and laurel, pack the mixture in aluminum tubes, pressurize and sterilize.
EFFECT: tinned food has enhanced digestibility.
