FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: plantogram of tested foot is taken in two stages. First, plantogram of tested foot is taken in double-seat position. Half of patient's weight falls on tested foot. Then, plantogram of tested foot is taken in single-support position. At that, total weight of patient falls on tested foot. On processing plantogram by graphic based calculation method, footprint length, forefoot width, width of heel imprint, width of midfoot, forefoot width to heel width ratio, foot angle, angle of deviation of hallux towards second toe, angle of deviation of fifth toe towards forth toe in single-support and double-seat positions are estimated. Difference between values in single-support and double-seat positions are calculated for each index obtained. If difference, both absolute and relative, doesn't equal zero functional foot inconsistency is diagnosed and place of inconsistency is determined.
EFFECT: method allows early diagnostics of foot inconsistency and control during aftertreatment; detection of changes in feet condition within working day and assignment of risk group.
