SUBSTANCE: group of inventions (options) relates to medicine, orthopedics, is intended for non-invasive treatment and prevention of static platypodia and abnormal postures in the frontal plane. Relative to the impossibility of isolated lateral flexion of the spine, the invention can be used to treat abnormal postures in the sagittal plane as well. Method of forming a step by forming a universal therapeutic artificial gait is changed, wherein the universal therapeutic artificial gait consists of the successive steps listed in the claims, concerning the peculiarities of the transfer of an oscillating limb from the moment of detachment to contact of the heel with the supporting surface, primary placing of the foot at the moment of contact of the heel with the supporting surface, transfer of the feet to the slight inversion position, rolling of the foot over its outer height, transfer of the body weight to the support foot, removing the heel from the floor, impulse of the first, second or first, second and third toes, after which the foot is detached from the support surface.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides effective correction of platypodia and abnormal postures due to correction of the step formation, namely the training of using the toes when standing and walking, that is, the formation of an artificial gait.
