FIELD: CHEMISTRY.
SUBSTANCE: invention is applied as an uncoupler in effective amount for water-soulble biocide for suppression of bacterial biomass growth in aqueous system. The said invention relates also to the method for suppression of bacterial biomass growth in aqueous system. The method implies addition of effective amount of uncoupler, which is a water-soluble biocide, to aqueous system and interaction thereof with bacterial biomass.
EFFECT: invention provides for suppression of bacterial biomass growth in aqueous system, its environmental toxicity being low.
