FIELD: production methods.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the feeding of free-flowing substance to the working chamber, the influence to it by energy of ultrasonic vibration link of emission several source of ultrasonic vibrations and with the following output of processed substance from working chamber. The steam of the substance during the entrance is separated into several steams and for each of them it is given the basic direction, which would be changed some time later. The ultrasonic influence is done in four zones of vibration of different types, which are intersected. Simultaneously with the changing of direction of the steam motion of separated parts in the output of every zone of the ultrasonic influence, it is changed the speed of motion, the profile of transversal section and its sizes, and at the output of processed substance from working chamber it is united in one steam.
EFFECT: it is increased the efficiency of processing and process productivity.
