SUBSTANCE: device (10) with protected information (16), for example, a code, an identifier, a personal identifying number (PIN -code) or another similar information, consists of item (20) with protected information (16) applied thereto, of opaque protecting sticker (14), concealing protected information (16) and of additional layer (30,32,42,46) applied between item (20) and protected information (16) and containing paint or lacquer layer (30,34,40) applied directly on item (20), at that an area of protecting sticker (14) is less than item area (20), while an adhesion property of additional layer (30, 32, 42, 46) with protecting sticker (14) at least at separate areas exceeds adhesion property of this layer with item (20). Also a method of the said item fabrication is presented.
