FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: battery includes electronic assembly that further includes anode plates, cathode plates, separators, battery housing with its both coupling pieces bent down to its adjacent sides to accommodate the electronic assembly and pre-defined amount of electrolyte fluid. At that, the electronic assembly is sealed in such a manner as to have two electrode terminals protruding outside being connected with corresponding electrode outputs of anode and cathode plates of the electronic assembly. Common upper coupling pieces of the battery housing are cut off. Inner corners corresponding to upper coupling piece have large radii of curvature. Receptacles for accommodating the electronic assembly are implemented in upper and lower pieces of the battery housing, respectively.
EFFECT: improvement of electric capacity and output power as well as high leak-tightness and safety with the same dimension of housing.
