FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: composite cast lid is installed on battery element where electrode unit including cathodes/separators/anodes is situated, the said composite cast lid being made by pressure solid casting of protective circuit board, protective element, connecting contacts and lid body with fitting piece. During pressure casting with fitting piece, connecting contacts are partially projected from bottom end surface of composite case lid so that they could be connected electrically with electrode contacts of battery. According to the invention, composite cast lid is produced by pressure casting with fitting piece in state when protection board and battery are not connected with each other.
EFFECT: composite cast lid is electrically stable and possibility of electrical protective board damage is excluded.
