FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to a device of analog-to digital conversion of measuring voltage (Ue), which includes analog-to-digital converter (1) that further includes integrating circuit (2) with operating amplifier (ОР1), resistor (R), and capacitor (С) in its feedback circuit where reference voltage (Uref) is applied to inverting input of the operating amplifier (ОР1) and measuring voltage (Ue) is applied to non-inverting input of the operating amplifier (ОР1). The capacitor (С) is charged during charging period (t1) and discharged during discharging period (t2), the analog-to-digital converter (1) further includes comparator (3) connected to operating amplifier (ОР1), memory element (4) connected to comparator (3), time generator (6) creating charging period (t1), and counter (8) that is implemented with the possibility to detect pulse edges and duration (T=t1+t2) of the period of pulse-width modulated output signal (Uout) formed by the analog-to-digital converter (1) at the output. Also synchronizing element (5) is provided with the possibility to synchronize at least within a predefined duration (X) measurements of edges of pulse-width modulated output signal with cycle of the counter (8).
EFFECT: possibility to obtain results of voltage measurement in digital format.
