FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, can be used in control and sorting systems of electrical capacitors, in data collecting systems from capacitance probes in technological devices, as well as in medical practice. Device for measuring the relative deviation of the capacitance values from the nominal contains a micro-controller with an integrated analog-to-digital converter and two programmable timers, controlling the keys of the discharge and the charge of the measured capacitance and the source of the charging rate. In this case, in addition to the measured capacitance, an additional reference capacitance is switched on, the outputs of which through the buffer amplifier are connected to the input terminal of the analog-to-digital converter, and the outputs of the measured capacitance are connected to the inputs of its reference voltage.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide a direct measurement of the relative deviation of the measured capacitance from the reference capacitance and to increase the accuracy of the measurement.
