FIELD: production technology of food products.
SUBSTANCE: one prepares the receipt components, cuts and fries in melted fat of beef, cuts and sauts in melted fat of onion, cuts and freezes of runner beans, parsley and pepper mint, blanches and grinds the garlic. The listed components are mixed without access of salt and black pepper. Then the prepared mixture and bone broth are packed, canned and sterilized.
EFFECT: cans have improved assimilability.
