SUBSTANCE: device contains base, stop components, cups for nail bones, loading components, stop clip for thumb, transversal rod bridges for proximal or middle phalanxes of the 2^nd -5^th fingers, and plate on bracelet with a buckle for the palmer surface of wrist. The above mentioned clip has the shape of sickle. The plate has the shape of "П" with apertures. The cups for nail bones have two apertures at the closed end. The loading components are made of elastic material in shape of rings. The base is made of cradle that replicates the general outline of hand with the abducted thumb. In area of fingers localization in the cradle, the through screwed holes are made evenly. The stop clip for thumb can be fixed to the cradle. The fastening components are made of threaded stays and s-shaped hooks. The threaded stays are made with through diametric holes for fixation of hooks and rod bridges and can be installed into the cradle's holes. The hooks can be fixed into the cup holes, threaded stay holes and plate holes, as well as to the both sides of the loading component.

EFFECT: invention provides the working process of proximal and distal interphalangeal joints.
