FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, medical equipment, in particular to traumatology and orthopaedics. Device comprises a base, caps and a control unit. Base is two parts of one langet, connected by a threaded bolt, of total size of 372×100×8 mm. On the base there is a pneumatic cylinder, having a proximal and distal pneumatic throttle valves, each of which is provided with a separate regulator. Caps for fingers are made in the form of a one-piece design, consist of two parallel and one transverse plates, one of the parallel plates comprises an opening for securing the finger pad, and the other one comprises a rack and an opening for connection to steel wires. Device is provided with steel wires for transferring force to the fingers, direction of motion of which is set by means of the distributor of steel cables, which comprises guide tubes for 1-4 fingers, and a guide tube for 5 finger. Control unit is additionally equipped with an air compressor and a PWM controller, handle of which is placed on the dashboard.
EFFECT: device allows to restore the motor function of fingers in the recovery period of cerebral stroke in outpatient conditions due to constructive components that allow to increase the amplitude of flexion movement of fingers to the fist position.
