FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for recovering mobility of upper extremity hand joints. Four fingers function recovery device comprises hinged elements, finger support, finger support bracket, finger traction, handheld, fasteners, palm rest with fastening elements and fastening elements fixation. Hand unit is equipped with a smoothly adjustable finger traction with the possibility of horizontal displacement of the finger support bracket for adjustment to the anatomical length of the finger. Finger support bracket and support of each finger are made with possibility of installation separately. Upper part of the bracket of the finger support is made in the form of a threaded pin, the lower part of the bracket of the finger support is made in the form of a flat longitudinal stiffening rib with parallel straight projections from above and concave projections from below. For mounting on bracket of finger support, finger support from above has two parallel elevations of triangular shape, between which central lug is located, under which, at 1st phalanx joint, through elongated notch is located. Device is attached to the patient’s hand so that the belts can be arranged crosswise with the hand from above and below to prevent displacement of the involved hand during the procedure without limiting mobility in the attachment points.

EFFECT: design of a device for non-traumatic, smooth and complex stretching of fingers in straight and radial directions and recovering of fine motor skills in neurological and orthopaedic pathologies associated with limitation of mobility in metacarpophalangeal joints.
