SUBSTANCE: said invention utility relates to liquid treatment devices. The filter has an enclosure consisting of movable lid and fixed lid, and filter element. The movable lid is designed as a cup with a shell and a hole in the center made for the clean liquid drain nipple, and the fixed lid is equipped with a nipple for main flow of untreated water. The filtering element has a sealing plug installed in the fixed lid and having a protruding collar and two circular grooves for O-rings located at both sides of the collar. The outside diameter of the sealing plug is equal to the inside diameter of the fixed lid. The diameter of the protruding collar is equal to the outside diameter of the fixed lid. The inside diameter of the movable lid shell is made equal to the outside diameter of the fixed lid; the movable lid can slide over the fixed lid to a stop designed as two protruding bosses on the fixed lid. The lids are connected with each other by a bayonet connection.
