FIELD: water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for water filtration. Filter for cold and hot water comprises a filter element installed in a sealed housing equipped with inlet and outlet branch pipes; at that, the housing is detachable and consists of a lower cylindrical barrel and an upper flange. Filter element is fixed inside on the flange and is made in the form of a hollow cylinder consisting of a perforated mesh, on which a porous filtering material is fixed and which is installed by an upper end face coaxially with an outlet branch pipe. Filter is filled with the filtering material located in the housing non-uniformly, the closer to surface of the outlet branch pipe, the density of its filling is higher.

EFFECT: high quality of cleaning both cold and hot water at elimination of through channels due to self-healing of layer of filter material from graphene sorbent.
