In a conical jet scrubber, comprising a housing with pipes for dusty and clean gas, a jet irrigation device, support and restricting plates between which there is a nozzle, a spray trap made in the form of a nozzle layer located between the support and restricting plates and a sludge removal device, the support plates being elastic, and the nozzle positioned above the lower support plate is made of elastic materials, and a vibrator is mounted on the lower support plate, the nozzle is made in the form of perforated cylindrical rings, on one side of which a perforated circular base is rigidly attached, and on the other there is a perforated round cover, and the cavity of perforated cylindrical rings is filled with spherical elements made of activated carbon: BAU, AR-A, SKT-3, the irrigation device is in the form of an atomiser comprising a hollow cylindrical body with a throttle orifice connected to a cap nut to which a liquid flow divider is attached, the fluid flow divider consisting of coaxially arranged perforated conical shells, the space between which is filled with a fine mesh, wherein the vertices of the conical surfaces of the shells directed away from the throttle orifice, and in the lower part of the divider there is a cylindrical perforated segment fixed on perforated conical shells, where in the cylindrical perforated segment, fixed in the lower part of the divider on perforated conical shells, there is a flow swirler, made in the form of a spring.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process.
