FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: rolling mill contains cage set at the frame through the directed swinging, thus providing an opportunity for reciprocative transportation. The supporting elements are fastened to the frame. A pair of horizontal and a pair of vertical rolls of variable radius are located inside the cage. The cylindrical cog wheels are put at the end parts of these rolls. Additionally, put at these end parts of the horizontal rolls are also frames equipped with toggles and, when the cage is situated in its medium position, these are located diametrically opposite each other. In turn, toggles are linked with the stationary supporting elements via the piston-rods. The cylindrical cog wheels are linked with the cylindrical pinion gears one of which is tied to a driving actuator. The conical cog wheels are put at the bulwarks of the cylindrical cog wheel and these are connected with one another in a sequential order.
EFFECT: increases in labour productivity, owning to considerable stretching for the passage with significant working angles of the bulwarks' turns.
