MACHINE FOR TUBE FINNING BY STREAMER Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC B21C37/22 

FIELD: mechanic.

SUBSTANCE: machine contains body with a stepped part installed on one of its sides, device for crimping of base part of streamer, and machine for pressing the streamer to the tube. From the other side of the body, traveling headstock is located. On the body, guiding and motion screws is installed, with a caliper placed on them, with the possibility to move. On the caliper, along its working moving direction, broom for tube trimwork, welding head and supporting bracket are installed. The device for crimping of the base part of the streamer is installed freely on one of the ends of the supporting bracket, in housings, and designed as a removable pry bar with a pilot pin, and a roller with a channel for the streamer next to it. The machine for pressing the streamer to the tube is installed on the other side of the supporting bracket and designed as a guiding with a channel for the streamer, installed on the guiding screw, and coaxially placed with a screw of the glass with a pull-rod installed in it, with a basement and a spring bearing on it, and also a lid, put to the part of the guiding and axis next to it.

EFFECT: increases armouring strength.
