FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for grinding, for example, rollers of bearings, as well as raceways of inner rings of bearings. Machine comprises bed with transverse guides, support with grinding head and spindle with two grinding wheels fixed on it. Table is installed on the longitudinal guiding of the bedplate with a device for dressing of the grinding wheel fixed on it, which is made in the form of a spindle with a ruling roller and its rotation drive. On the table there are two devices for fastening and rotation of parts. Grinding head is made rotary relative to the axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the grinding wheel spindle, and its feed mechanism – with vertical arrangement of the supply screw, on the upper end of which the grinding head rests during grinding of parts and straightening of the grinding wheels.
EFFECT: higher geometrical accuracy and efficiency of processing parts of complex profile.
