FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: for treatment of bulky flanges of thickness from 4 up to 30 mm and diametre from 300 up to 1500 mm, used in oil industry, complex for treatment of radial surfaces of bulky sheet billets contains processing lathe and basing and rotation mechanism of sheet billet with vertically installed faceplate. Processing lathe includes bed, spindle, labour body and machinery of its displcement, installed on crossfeed carriage of lathe. Complex is outfitted by additional bed, on which it is mounted basing and rotation mechanism of sheet billet, implemented in the form of standalone installation. Labour body of processing lathe is installed on the same level with pivot pin of specified faceplate with ability of horizontal longitudinal and cross motion, herewith in extreme position on crossfeed carriage of processing lathe labour body is located lengthwise pivot pin of faceplate, which is located at a distance from crossfeed carriage, not exceeding 100 mm.

EFFECT: expansion of range and cost of manufactured products, expansion of its machine's capabilities.
