FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of ramp from portable components, fixed on flight stairs, with the possibility of forming ruts for wheelchair wheels. The ruts have Z-shaped profile, capstan installed on the wheelchair, and a drum which is fastened with displacement of its own axis relative to its axis of rotation. Fastening of components is done using hinges, firmly fixed on the vertical wall of the stair steps, and a tongue firmly fixed on the front part of each ramp section. The axis of rotation of the capstan drum is beyond the boundary of the diameter of the drum, forming an eccentricity of the proper axis to its axis of rotation.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the mounting and maintenance of the portable device ramp, and non-use of braking devices in manual capstans.
