FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices and appliance to allow invalids to overcome flight of stairs. Proposed device comprises portable ramp and portable winch 18. Said ramp consists of portable sections 2, 3. Ramp sections are secured on steps by means of hinges 12 and tabs 13. Ramp section cross section barrier 7 of C-like or tee section with its ends provided with running paths for wheeled chair front 4 and rear 5 wheels. Openings 8, 9 are made on barrier top edge along entire section to allow barrier ledges 10, 11 to pass there through in connecting sections together. Winch comprises drum 7 arranged with its axis displaced relative to its rotational axis for form eccentricity between said axes. Winch drum is mounted on turn table 19 to adjust eccentricity.
