FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: Fischer-Tropsch reaction water with oxygen-containing hydrocarbons, aliphatic, aromatic and cyclic hydrocarbons and non-organic compounds is purified at primary stage which includes biological removal of at least a part of soluble organic carbon from Fisher-Tropsch reaction water to obtain primary flow enriched with water. Then the water enters the secondary treatment stage, which includes aeration and treatment aerobically in evaporative cooling tower of, at least, a part of primary flow enriched with water to decrease total mass concentration of organic components in non-evaporated part, thus, obtaining secondary flow enriched with water, and tertiary treatment which includes separation of solid substances from liquid to remove, at least, a certain part of solids from, at least, a part of secondary flow enriched with water. Purified water is water flow with COD from 20 to 600 mg/l, pH from 6.0 to 9.0, suspended solid particles content less than 250 g/l and total dissolved solid substances less than 600 mg/l.
EFFECT: purified water of various qualities is obtained.
