FIELD: water supply.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to cleaning of water produced as a result of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. Method includes primary treatment stage which is a distillation or extraction covering, at least, one stage of, at least, part of nonacid oxygenated hydrocarbons removal from Fischer-Tropsch water of reaction to get primary water-enriched flow; b) secondary treatment stage includes aeration in cooling tower and microorganism treatment of, at least, part of water-enriched flow to reduce in that way total mass fraction of organic components in non-evaporated part and produce secondary water-enriched flow; and c) final treatment stage including separation of solids and liquids for removal of, at least, some amount of solid substances from, at least, part of secondary water-enriched flow.

EFFECT: production of water free of organic compounds with low content of dissolved solid substances and low level of residual acids.
