FIELD: construction, acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to industrial acoustics, in particular to wideband and low frequency sound control, and can be used in all local industrial fields during sound control of production equipment through the sound absorbing technique. The technical outcome is the improved acoustic characteristics in the range of low, medium and high frequencies, with provision for dust repelling. The sound absorbing panel consists of sound absorbing elements, each of which consists of walls made from corrugated material with a coating, with a sound absorber inserted between them. The sound absorbing elements are hung on ropes by hangers. The walls have perforations and are made from aluminium sheets with thickness of 1.0 mm and coating thickness of 25 mcm. The sound absorber is in the form plates made from mineral wool on a basaltic base, or mineral wool, or basaltic wool, or vitreous with cladding glass felt, or foamed polymer, in which case the surface of the sound absorbing element is clad in acoustically transparent glass fibre glass material.
EFFECT: improvement of acoustic characteristics in the low, medium and high frequency range.
